What should I bring?
2 Towels - one for sitting on in the sauna and one for drying off afterwards.
Water - At least 1 litre in a water bottle to help you stay hydrated and enjoy your experience.
Swimwear - It’s easiest to wear your swimwear to the venue under your clothes. Nudity is not permitted.
Flip Flops/Sliders - necessary for wearing around the venue.
Warm coat/Dry robe for wrapping up afterwards.
Comfortable Clothing - wear something easy and comfy to change in and out of before and after your session. The whole experience is outdoors so be prepared for whatever the Great British weather throws at us!
Please shower before your arrival. This helps to keep the sauna and ice baths fresh and clean for everyone.
Can I bring food and drink?
Only water is permitted in the Sauna and Ice Bath experience area.
You can visit the farm cafe before or after your visit to Happi Sauna. Please check for cafe opening times and book ahead to avoid disappointment at orchardviewfarm.co.uk
When should I arrive?
10 -15 minutes before your session start time.
There may be a session in progress before you so please do respect your fellow guests and arrive quietly.
Your host will meet you by the gate outside the cafe ready to greet and guide you through your experience.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes we do! please see our gift vouchers available to purchase online with the bookings pages. Gift vouchers are valid for 365 days from purchase and booking is subject to availability.
What facilities are there?
We are lucky to be based at Orchard View Farm, a cafe, farm shop and campsite.
The cafe serves lovely breakfasts, lunch and cake. they also host pizza nights throughout the summer months, check their website for more details and to book visit www.orchardviewfarm.co.uk
There is a toilet at the campsite.
The Sauna and Ice Bath is designed to be a simple outdoor experience with nature in mind so there are no changing facilities or storage. Please keep belongings to a minimum.
Come prepared for the changeable British weather!
Can my children use the Sauna and Ice Bath?
Children under the age of 16 are not permitted in the Sauna; our insurance doesn’t allow for this.
What’s the cancellation policy?
You can cancel up to 72 hours before your session for a full refund. If you cancel after this time we cant refund you.
Who can use Happi Sauna?
You must be Age 16 or over.
Please check with your GP before making a Happi Sauna booking if any of the following apply to you or you have a health condition and you’re not sure if its suitable for you:
Pregnancy
Epilepsy
Diabetes
High/Low Blood Pressure
Heart/Circulatory conditions
Prone to Fainting or Dizziness
