Meet the founders
Hello! We are Louise & Louise.
Best friends with a love of wellbeing and nature; which led us to create Happi Sauna; a place of connection with yourself, or with others to reset, relax and unwind.
We both love the powerful benefits of hot and cold therapy, the healing of nature and the countryside. It was our dream to bring this to others in the neighbourhood, and create a Happi place for the community to benefit too.
One loves the hot, one loves the cold! Sometimes a contrast is the best match and we can’t wait to meet you, and share Happi Sauna with you.
